Guesthouse Kannagara – Traditional Farmhouse Stay in Ena City
About Guesthouse Kannagara

A traditional Japanese farmhouse surrounded by deep mountains and quiet nature.
“Kannagara” is a Shinto term meaning living in harmony with the will of nature.
This home belonged to generations of Shinto priests, and the guesthouse was created from a wish to preserve my grandparents’ memories and to share the calm spirit of this place.
Please enjoy a peaceful and timeless stay in the mountains of Ena, Gifu.
Located in Iiji, Ena City — about one hour from Magome-juku and Tsumago-juku on the historic Nakasendo Trail.
